Villa Caballero is located at Turtle Bay by the shores of Au Cap village on the east coast of Mahé, the main island of the Seychelles. Secluded within the estate of the owner’s private residence, it offers the perfect and secure ‘home away from home’ barely a stone’s throw from the water’s edge, with nooks and creeks within walking distance.
South Mahé offers many attractions to turn your holiday into a memorable experience. The ‘Wild South’ offers breathtaking vistas, secluded beaches with turquoise seas, quaint fishing villages and lush green landscapes - providing visitors with a vivid immersion into local Seychellois island life.
Attractions such as; “Craft Village - Domain Val des Pres” where you will find locally made souvenirs, as well as local artisans creating breathtaking art pieces. “La Plaine St. Andre - Takamaka Rum ” here you can taste a wide selection of Takamaka rums, appreciated since 2002 in Seychelles. If you fancy a round or two of golf, the Reef Golf Club with its sprawling greens in a picturesque coconut plantation is just down the road. Delicious creole food awaits you within 3 minutes away of walking distance. Experience restaurants with live entertainment or quick takeaways serving a variety of local dishes.
Shops and supermarkets are available within a one-kilometer radius. Fresh produce such as fish, fruits and vegetables can be bought from stalls by the side of the road along the Anse Aux Pin and Au Cap villages.
Villa Caballero is barely a 10-minute drive from the Seychelles International airport and 20 minutes from the capital Victoria. Description
The Villa Caballero Luxury Chalets consist of two well-appointed, spacious units offering total independence and security within a gated compound adjacent to the owner’s residence. They are decorated with an island touch - with wooden furniture, soft couches and chairs, comfortable double beds, dining table and chairs. The chalets can accommodate up to 2 adults and two children or 4 adults.
Each luxury chalet has an open plan bedroom with sitting room and open verandah. Both has two double beds and can accommodate up to 4 persons with extra beds. Both chalets are fully air-conditioned.
A fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, toaster, microwave oven and crockery / cutlery provides guests with the creature comforts of preparing their own meals.
An en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet provides for hot water.
The property also offers the option to stay in a cozy Standard Room, It is more convenient for short stays or daily use, the room is located at the garden and close to the swimming pool,
It comprises a verandah and outdoor kitchen with an antique pizza oven, free Wi-Fi is also available on this room and a wide range of satellite Channels.

Each chalet is set around a brick paved courtyard and comes with parking space for one car. Facilities include satellite TV, safe deposit box, fully equipped kitchen and access to well-manicured gardens, a BBQ facility and private swimming pool and gazebo. WiFi and Internet connections are provided free of charge.
Daily cleaning: Daily cleaning is taken care of by the discrete staff (bed sheets and bath towels are changed every 3 days respectively).
Light laundry: our team can take care of your laundry (washing, drying and ironing) within 36 hours. The tariff is communicated on demand.
